The home is split across two levels, giving everyone room to spread out comfortably. MAIN LEVEL The primary bedroom is on the main level and has a queen bed and its own TV. The main living area is also on this level, with a sofa bed and a TV for additional sleeping and streaming. The kitchen is well stocked for everyday meals, with full-size appliances and all the basics you need to cook comfortably. A coffee station is set up and ready to go each morning. The dining table and bar stools provide comfortable seating for the whole group. Please note there is no dishwasher. LOWER LEVEL Two bedrooms are on the lower level. The first has a queen bed and a TV. The second has two single beds and a TV, making it a natural fit for kids or extra guests. A second full living area is also on the lower level, with another sofa bed and TV, giving your group a separate space to relax, watch a movie, or wind down at the end of the day. A small desk with fast WiFi is also on this level for anyone who needs a quiet workspace. The game room features classic arcade games including Pac-Man and Golden Tee, along with board games and books for relaxed evenings in. BATHROOMS Both bathrooms are full baths. Neither is attached to a bedroom, so they are shared by the group. One is on the main level and one is on the lower level, keeping things convenient across both floors. OUTDOORS The outdoor space has a deck with seating, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit. A good setup for evening cookouts and nights around the fire after a day at the parks. The backyard has a garden area and is fully available to guests. PRACTICAL DETAILS A washer and dryer are available on site, making the home a comfortable option for longer stays. A crib, high chair, and travel crib are available for families with young children. Pets are welcome.
